• • Send a separate email for each upcoming book;
  • In the subject line, put the release date ONLY, i.e. September 29,
    2009;
  • Include a digital image of the cover;
  • Include publisher and genre;
  • In your 200-word limit, feel free to include your website/blog/twitter addresses or other contact information you feel is pertinent.
